MoodboardOps

MoodboardOps is a web app (with a lightweight desktop companion) for art directors who need moodboards to translate into executable direction, not just pretty collages. It turns references into structured “direction packets” with locked palettes, typography rules, lighting notes, do/don’t examples, and shot/scene checklists. Teams can annotate images with intent (“why this ref matters”), link each ref to deliverables, and track approvals with version history so the latest direction is unambiguous. It also includes a rights-and-source tracker (where the ref came from, license notes, internal-only flags) to reduce legal and client risk. An optional AI layer can suggest missing coverage (e.g., you have color but no texture refs), generate concise style rules from annotations, and flag contradictions across versions. The focus is production clarity and accountability, not generative art.
