MoodLedger

MoodLedger is a mobile + web app that helps people connect mood swings to real-world triggers (sleep, alcohol, caffeine, social time, work stress, menstrual cycle, meds) without turning life into a spreadsheet. Users log a 15-second daily check-in, optionally pull data from Apple Health/Google Fit, and get simple weekly “cause-likelihood” summaries (not medical claims) that highlight patterns worth discussing with a clinician. The app includes a relapse-prevention plan builder (warning signs, coping actions, contacts) and a shareable one-page report for therapy/psychiatry visits. It’s not a crisis app and it won’t pretend to diagnose; it’s a practical self-awareness tool with guardrails, privacy-first defaults, and clear disclaimers. Monetization is straightforward: freemium tracking, paid insights and export, and optional clinician-facing dashboards for small practices.
