MOQMatch

MOQMatch is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps wholesale buyers find suppliers whose minimum order quantities, lead times, and packaging constraints actually match what they can buy today. Instead of browsing endless catalogs, buyers enter target unit cost, desired quantity range, shipping lane, and compliance needs (labels, MSDS, certifications). Suppliers upload a simple SKU feed and constraints (MOQ tiers, carton sizes, production capacity windows). The system ranks matches and generates a negotiation-ready RFQ packet with clear tiers, landed-cost estimates, and suggested counteroffers. It’s a combination traditional + AI app: AI normalizes messy supplier data (PDF price lists, emails) into structured offers and flags “too good to be true” terms (e.g., unrealistic lead times). This is not a marketplace taking payments; it’s a matching and RFQ workflow tool that reduces wasted outreach and failed deals.
