MOULogic

MOULogic is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that centralizes intergovernmental MOUs, IGAs, data-sharing agreements, and joint powers agreements across federal, state, local, and tribal partners. It provides a single searchable repository, renewal and compliance calendars, obligation tracking (who owes what, by when), and a clean audit trail for amendments and approvals. The AI component extracts key terms from uploaded PDFs (term dates, termination clauses, cost-sharing formulas, reporting requirements, points of contact) and flags missing signatures or conflicting language across related agreements. Realistically, the product wins by being boring-but-essential: it reduces missed renewals, accidental noncompliance, and staff time wasted hunting for “the latest version.” It won’t replace legal review, but it will make legal and program teams faster and far less error-prone.
