MouthMemo is a mobile app (with an optional web dashboard) that helps pet owners and clinics monitor oral health between vet visits using standardized photo check-ins. The app guides users to take consistent mouth photos (angle, lighting, distance) and logs symptoms like drooling, pawing at mouth, bad breath, and appetite changes. An AI model flags “needs attention” patterns (gum redness, tartar buildup, fractured teeth indicators) and generates a simple report the owner can share with their vet. It does not pretend to diagnose; it triages and improves documentation so vets can decide next steps. Clinics can enroll post-dental patients for follow-ups, reducing missed complications and improving compliance. Realistically, the AI will be imperfect—so the product wins by being a structured tracking and communication tool first, with AI as assistive prioritization.
