Users enter their move dates and locations; the app generates a realistic timeline, budget, and task list with dependencies (e.g., “book movers before closing date,” “transfer utilities 7 days prior”). It stores quotes, receipts, and contracts, flags missing items, and forecasts cash flow (deposits, closing costs, bridge periods). The AI layer reads PDFs/emails (estimates, leases, closing disclosures) to auto-extract key dates, fees, and cancellation terms, then warns about common traps like double-charging, non-refundable deposits, and insurance gaps. It’s not a marketplace; it’s a control center that keeps users from losing money and time during a move.
