MoveMapr

MoveMapr is a mobile + web app that creates a room-by-room inventory for moving, storage, and home organization. You scan items quickly (barcode where possible, photo where not), assign them to a room and a box, and generate a packing plan with labels and a searchable list. The app focuses on the unglamorous but expensive problem: losing track of what’s packed, what’s in storage, and what to rebuy. It supports “temporary storage mode” for self-storage units: aisle/bin locations, last-accessed date, and reminders before you pay for another month. It also exports a clean inventory PDF/CSV for insurance claims, roommates, or movers. AI is used lightly: auto-suggest item names/categories from photos and detect duplicates to reduce manual entry, but it won’t pretend to be perfect.
