MoveMats is a mobile app that generates simple, safe gross-motor activity “mats” you can print (or display full-screen) for ages 2–6: hop paths, balance lines, animal walks, left/right stepping, and cross-body moves. Parents and preschool teachers pick a goal (balance, coordination, bilateral movement), space available (small room/classroom), and time (3–10 minutes). The app outputs a short routine plus a mat layout and clear instructions. It includes a quick “setup check” to reduce unsafe activities (e.g., no jumping on slippery floors) and adapts difficulty by offering easier/harder variants rather than pretending to “diagnose” a child. This is not a miracle developmental fix; it’s a practical library that reduces planning time and keeps kids moving without needing expensive equipment.
