MoveMirror
MoveMirror is a mobile AI app that turns short, guided self-recorded videos into simple body-awareness feedback. Users follow 60–120 second prompts (squat, hinge, reach, balance, neck/shoulder scan) and the app highlights asymmetries, compensations, and range-of-motion limits with plain-language cues and a single “focus for today.” It avoids pretending to diagnose injuries; it’s a self-awareness tool that helps people notice patterns before they become problems. The app tracks trends over time (left/right balance, depth, stability, shoulder elevation) and offers micro-drills (2–5 minutes) to improve control and proprioception. The realistic hook: most people won’t wear sensors, won’t stick to long programs, and don’t know what “good form” feels like. MoveMirror makes awareness measurable with nothing but a phone camera and consistent prompts.
