MoveProof

MoveProof is a mobile + web app that helps migrants and diaspora members organize, verify, and share their paperwork without drowning in WhatsApp threads and random PDFs. Users upload documents (passport scans, diplomas, payslips, leases, vaccination records), and the app auto-extracts key fields, flags missing items for common processes (renting, school enrollment, bank onboarding, residency renewals), and tracks expiry dates with reminders. It generates a “share pack” link with time-limited access for landlords, employers, schools, or lawyers, reducing repetitive back-and-forth. It also stores a simple “life timeline” (entries/exits, addresses, employment) to speed up form filling. Reality check: it won’t replace legal advice; it just reduces errors, lost files, and missed deadlines—problems that regularly cost people money and status.
