MoveProof is a mobile + web app that creates court-ready, timestamped move-in/move-out evidence in minutes. Tenants (or landlords) follow a guided checklist room-by-room while the app captures photos/video, auto-labels damage, and generates a signed PDF report with metadata, timestamps, and a share link. It also stores utility readings, key handoff notes, and receipts, then reminds users what to document before they leave. The AI component helps detect common issues (stains, cracks, dents), suggests missing shots (“under sink,” “inside oven”), and drafts a concise dispute summary. This is not a moving marketplace or a logistics broker—those are crowded and expensive to compete in. It’s a lightweight, high-trust documentation tool that reduces the most common moving pain: losing money to deposit disputes because you didn’t document properly.
