MsgMap
MsgMap is a web app (with Slack/Teams integrations) that measures whether internal announcements actually get understood. Teams paste or sync an announcement, then the app auto-generates a 60-second micro-check (3–5 questions) tailored to the message. Employees answer in-line; results roll up into a comprehension score, confusion hotspots, and a plain-language rewrite suggestion. It also tracks who saw it, who acknowledged it, and where misunderstandings cluster by department, location, or role—without turning into a surveillance tool. The goal is to reduce “I didn’t know” incidents, policy misinterpretations, and repeated Q&A in channels. It’s not a full intranet or knowledge base; it’s a lightweight layer that sits on top of existing comms tools and gives comms/HR leaders real feedback loops on clarity and reach.
