NaloxoneMap

NaloxoneMap is a mobile + web app that helps bystanders and frontline workers locate the nearest naloxone (Narcan) source and follow region-appropriate overdose response steps without hunting through PDFs. It combines a verified map of pharmacies, vending machines, community distribution sites, and public access cabinets with offline, one-tap emergency guidance (call emergency services, rescue breathing, naloxone dosing intervals, post-reversal monitoring, and Good Samaritan notes by jurisdiction). The app is realistic about limitations: it cannot diagnose, it cannot replace training, and availability data can be wrong—so it uses confidence scores, last-verified timestamps, and user-submitted updates that require moderation. An optional AI layer summarizes local guidance and answers simple “what do I do next?” questions, but the core flow is deterministic checklists designed for panic situations. Monetization is primarily B2B: public health departments and employers pay for analytics and site management.
