Parents and caregivers log hours, pickups/drop-offs, meals, meds, incidents, and expenses in under 30 seconds, with photo receipts and location/time stamps. The app generates weekly summaries, payroll-ready timesheets, and reimbursement totals, reducing awkward conversations and “I thought you said…” conflicts. It also supports shared custody and multiple caregivers (nanny, grandparents, babysitters) with role-based permissions. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI auto-categorizes receipts, drafts neutral incident notes, and flags missing data (e.g., meds logged without dosage). The product is intentionally boring: it focuses on reliability, exports, and defensible records rather than social features. If you can’t save time or prevent disputes, it’s not worth keeping.
