NannyNotes

NannyNotes is a mobile + web app that keeps a single, reliable record of an infant or toddler’s day across multiple caregivers (parents, nanny, daycare, grandparents). Instead of scattered texts and forgotten details, it provides quick, structured logging for feeds, naps, diapers, meds, mood, and pickups/drop-offs—plus a shift handoff summary that takes 30 seconds. It’s intentionally not a “do-everything parenting platform”; it focuses on the messy coordination problem that causes real mistakes (double-feeding, missed meds, unclear nap windows). The app supports role-based access, time-stamped entries, and a simple daily timeline view. Optional AI turns raw logs into a concise end-of-day recap and flags inconsistencies (e.g., medication logged twice). It’s built for speed: big buttons, offline-first logging, and minimal setup so caregivers actually use it.
