NanoBatch

NanoBatch is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for labs and small manufacturers that make or handle nanomaterials and constantly lose time to messy spreadsheets, missing COAs, and inconsistent characterization records. It centralizes batch genealogy (precursors, synthesis parameters, operators, equipment), attaches characterization files (DLS, TEM, XRD, zeta potential), and generates standardized COA/SDS packets for customers. The AI layer auto-extracts key values from uploaded PDFs/images, flags outliers versus your historical ranges, and suggests what minimum characterization is still missing for a given product spec. It also logs storage conditions, shelf-life, and chain-of-custody so you can answer customer audits without panic. This is not a “discover new materials” moonshot; it’s boring compliance and traceability that teams actually pay for when they start shipping or collaborating.
