NavAudit

NavAudit is a web app (with a lightweight browser extension) that stress-tests your information architecture using real clickstream data and task-based “journey probes.” Connect GA4/Amplitude/Mixpanel, import your sitemap, and define top user tasks (e.g., “cancel subscription,” “find pricing,” “reset password”). NavAudit then maps where users actually go, flags dead-ends, loops, and high-friction paths, and suggests concrete IA fixes: rename labels, move pages, add cross-links, or create hub pages. It produces an “IA Health” score, a prioritized backlog, and before/after comparisons after you ship changes. This is a combination traditional + AI app: traditional analytics and graph modeling, plus AI to summarize problems, propose alternative nav structures, and generate testable hypotheses. It’s not magic—if your tracking is messy, results will be noisy—but it will still surface obvious navigation failures fast.
