NavMeshFix

NavMeshFix is a desktop app (with optional web dashboard) that scans 3D environments and automatically finds navigation problems that break gameplay and simulation: disconnected nav islands, unreachable areas, bad agent radius settings, steep-slope errors, doorways too tight, stair failures, and dynamic obstacle issues. You import a level (FBX/GLTF) or connect to Unity/Unreal builds, run a guided “nav audit,” and get a prioritized report with screenshots, heatmaps, and reproducible test paths. For supported engines it can generate patch suggestions (navmesh bake settings, off-mesh links, collision fixes) and export corrected nav volumes or annotated markers. This is not a magic one-click ‘make it perfect’ tool; it’s a fast, repeatable QA assistant that catches the boring, expensive bugs before players do. Pricing targets studios and simulation teams who waste hours on nav regressions every sprint.
