NavWeaver
NavWeaver is a web app that helps teams design, validate, and maintain information architectures for complex websites, intranets, and knowledge bases. It combines visual IA mapping, card sorting, tree testing, and content inventory tools into a single workflow so you can move from messy content sprawl to a coherent structure. Instead of scattered spreadsheets, diagrams, and survey tools, NavWeaver gives UX, product, and knowledge teams a shared source of truth for how information is organized and labeled. The app supports versioning of navigation structures, side‑by‑side comparison of IA variants, and automated detection of orphaned or redundant content. An AI assistant (optional, not magical) suggests potential groupings, labels, and redirects based on your existing content and user behavior data, but all decisions remain human-controlled. NavWeaver is realistic about the grind of IA work: it focuses on making tedious tasks faster and less error‑prone rather than pretending to "auto‑solve" IA. This is a web app with optional AI features layered on top of traditional IA tooling.
