NearMiss Ledger

NearMiss Ledger is a mobile + web app for frontline teams to log near-misses, unsafe conditions, and minor incidents in under 30 seconds. Workers snap a photo, choose a hazard type, and record location via QR/NFC tags placed around the site. Supervisors get a prioritized queue with due dates, simple corrective-action workflows, and lightweight analytics that show repeat hazards by area, shift, and contractor. The AI component auto-classifies photos (e.g., blocked exits, missing PPE, spills), suggests a severity score, and drafts a corrective action template—then a human approves. It’s intentionally not a full EHS suite; it’s a focused “capture-to-close” tool that companies can deploy without months of configuration. The product lives or dies on speed, adoption, and proof that it reduces repeat hazards, not on fancy dashboards.
