NearMissPro is a mobile + web app for frontline teams to capture near-misses and hazards in under 30 seconds, before they become injuries, spills, or shutdowns. Workers snap a photo, pick a location, and record a quick voice note; the app auto-tags likely hazard types and suggests immediate controls (e.g., barricade, lockout, cleanup) based on your site’s SOPs. Supervisors get a simple queue: verify, assign an owner, set due dates, and close out with evidence. The system tracks repeat hazards by area, shift, and contractor, and produces audit-ready reports without spreadsheet chaos. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI is used to speed up classification, summarize voice notes, and detect recurring patterns, but the workflow remains straightforward and usable even when AI is wrong. Offline mode supports warehouses, plants, and construction sites with weak connectivity.
