NearNote

NearNote is a mobile + web near-miss reporting tool built for frontline speed and manager follow-through. Workers submit a report in under 30 seconds using tap-to-select categories, voice-to-text, and optional photo/video—no long forms, no hunting for the right code. Reports auto-route to the correct supervisor based on location/shift, and the system enforces closure with lightweight corrective-action tasks, due dates, and escalation. A simple “you said / we did” feed shows outcomes back to the workforce to rebuild trust and increase reporting volume. It supports offline capture for job sites, QR codes at work areas to prefill location, and anonymous mode when culture is fragile. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI helps summarize narratives, detect duplicates, and suggest likely contributing factors, but humans approve everything.
