NegotiaKit is a web + mobile AI negotiation rehearsal app for job offers. Users paste an offer letter (or enter key numbers), select their role/level/location, and the app generates a realistic counteroffer strategy plus a short script tailored to their situation. The core is a voice-based roleplay: the app simulates a recruiter or hiring manager with different personalities (friendly, rigid, time-pressured) and pushes back with common objections. After each run, it scores clarity, confidence, anchoring, and concession patterns, then suggests one concrete improvement and a tighter follow-up email. It also includes a “walk-away calculator” that turns benefits, equity, and risk into comparable scenarios so users don’t negotiate blindly. This is not magic: it won’t guarantee more money, but it will reduce anxiety and prevent common self-sabotage mistakes.
