NegotiateKit is a web + mobile AI app that turns a job offer into a realistic negotiation plan you can actually send. Users upload or paste the offer details, role scope, location, and their constraints (walk-away number, visa needs, start date). The app benchmarks compensation using multiple data sources, but it’s brutally conservative: it flags when your ask is likely to get rejected and suggests safer alternatives (sign-on, level change, remote stipend, accelerated review). It generates a short negotiation script, email, and a call talk-track tailored to your leverage (competing offer, niche skills, internal transfer). It also includes a “risk meter” explaining what could go wrong and how to respond. The goal isn’t hype—it’s helping users avoid embarrassing asks while still capturing upside.
