Users create a lightweight profile, verify identity, and optionally add proof signals like address-zone verification, background-check badge (paid), and community references. Requests and offers are posted to a small radius with clear terms, time windows, and payment (or free). The app emphasizes safety: in-app chat, masked phone numbers, meet-up check-in, and a simple incident reporting flow. It’s brutally realistic: it won’t “eliminate crime,” but it can reduce obvious scams and make accountability normal for hyperlocal transactions. Monetization comes from optional verification bundles, small transaction fees, and partnerships with local insurers or property managers.
