NeoBiliTrack
NeoBiliTrack is a mobile + web app for pediatric clinics and postpartum programs to monitor newborn jaundice after discharge. Parents log daily feeds, diapers, and simple “skin tone check” photos under consistent lighting guidance; clinics can optionally pair it with a low-cost color calibration card mailed home. The app flags concerning trends and missed follow-ups, then prompts families to schedule bilirubin labs or telehealth check-ins. Clinicians get a dashboard that prioritizes infants by risk (age in hours, gestational age, prior bilirubin, weight loss, feeding issues) and generates standardized documentation for the EHR. This is not a diagnostic tool; it’s a workflow and adherence tool that reduces missed worsening jaundice and unnecessary ER visits. Realistically, adoption depends on clinic buy-in and clear liability boundaries, so the product must be conservative with alerts and messaging.
