NerveNudge

NerveNudge is a mobile + web AI-assisted pain pattern tracker focused on neuropathic and chronic pain. Instead of generic journaling, it captures quick, structured check-ins (pain quality like burning/tingling, location, intensity, sleep, stress, meds, activity) and passively pulls context (weather, barometric pressure, step count, heart rate if available). The app then generates weekly “trigger likelihood” summaries and simple experiments (e.g., adjust walking cadence, heat vs. ice timing, sleep window) with clear before/after comparisons. It also produces a clinician-ready PDF report that’s actually readable: timelines, medication adherence, flare clusters, and suspected triggers with confidence levels. This is not a diagnosis tool; it’s a decision-support and communication tool to reduce guesswork and shorten the trial-and-error loop that frustrates patients and clinicians.
