NestGuard
NestGuard is a mobile + web app for raptor researchers, rehab centers, and conservation groups to manage nest monitoring with fewer missed risks. It combines structured field protocols (visit cadence, disturbance limits, weather rules) with AI-assisted photo review to flag early warning signs: reduced prey remains, abnormal posture, potential entanglement, or nest damage. The app generates standardized reports for permits and funders, tracks individual nests across seasons, and creates a simple risk score that tells teams where to send limited staff first. Brutal truth: this won’t magically “save raptors” on its own—its value is operational. If you’re already doing monitoring, it helps you do it consistently, faster, and with better documentation. If you’re not, you won’t suddenly start paying for this. The business works by selling to organizations, not casual birders.
