NetFragile
NetFragile is a web + desktop app for running realistic “what breaks first?” simulations on operational networks: supply chains, IT dependencies, org charts, and infrastructure graphs. Users import data from CSV, Neo4j, or APIs, then model targeted attacks (removing hubs), random failures, cascading overload, and time-delayed recovery. The app outputs fragility scores, critical node/edge rankings, and plain-English incident narratives that non-technical stakeholders can act on. It also generates mitigation playbooks: redundancy suggestions, rerouting options, and monitoring priorities, with confidence levels and assumptions clearly stated. This is not a generic graph viewer; it’s a decision tool focused on resilience and risk. Expect some setup work—clean data is mandatory—and results are only as good as the model assumptions. But for teams that already maintain dependency maps, it turns static diagrams into actionable resilience planning.
