NetLease
NetLease helps renters and homeowners document real, repeatable network performance and pinpoint whether problems come from the ISP, the router, Wi‑Fi placement, or a specific device. The app runs scheduled tests (speed, latency, jitter, packet loss) and correlates them with Wi‑Fi signal strength, channel congestion, and device-level usage to produce a plain-English “Connectivity Report” you can share with an ISP, property manager, or installer. It also guides non-technical users through quick fixes (router placement, channel changes, mesh placement suggestions) and flags when the only realistic solution is upgrading hardware or switching plans. This is not magic: it won’t fix bad wiring or an overloaded ISP node, but it will reduce endless blame-shifting by providing evidence and a clear next step. Works best with an optional lightweight on-network probe (e.g., a Raspberry Pi), but can operate phone-only with reduced accuracy.
