NetNudge
NetNudge is a mobile + router companion app that lets parents manage kids’ internet access at the network level, not per-device. Instead of endless app installs and OS loopholes, it creates simple “house rules” for the home Wi‑Fi: bedtime cutoffs, homework-only mode, and one-tap pauses for specific people (not just devices). It also flags new devices joining the network and lets you approve or quarantine them. The MVP avoids pretending it can perfectly classify content; it focuses on what parents actually control reliably: time, access, and accountability. For families with multiple kids and mixed devices (iPad, Android, consoles, smart TVs), it reduces the constant whack-a-mole of settings across platforms. It works best with supported routers (or a small plug-in gateway), and is honest about limitations on cellular data unless paired with an optional on-device profile.
