NetSLAWatch

NetSLAWatch is a lightweight desktop + web app that continuously measures latency, packet loss, and jitter to a small set of configurable targets (ISP gateway, DNS, cloud regions, and your key SaaS endpoints). It turns noisy network data into “SLA-grade” evidence packs: time-synced charts, percentile summaries (p50/p95/p99), outage timelines, and raw logs that can be shared with an ISP or MSP without arguments about methodology. The app focuses on being credible rather than fancy: calibrated test intervals, NTP time integrity checks, and clear separation of LAN/Wi‑Fi issues vs upstream ISP problems using hop-by-hop traceroute snapshots. Alerts are practical (only when thresholds are sustained) and include a plain-English probable cause statement. It’s built for small businesses that don’t want to run full observability stacks just to win an ISP ticket.
