NeuroConsent is a web app (with optional tablet-friendly mobile web) that helps neuroscience labs run participant consent and screening workflows without the usual paperwork chaos. It provides IRB-friendly consent templates, version control, e-signatures, comprehension checks, and audit trails, plus simple pre-screening for MRI/EEG/TMS safety. The AI component suggests plain-language rewrites and flags missing required elements (e.g., risks, withdrawal, data sharing) based on your institution’s template—while keeping humans in control. It also generates participant-facing summaries and multilingual drafts, and stores signed PDFs with immutable timestamps. This is not a “magic IRB approval” tool; it won’t replace compliance offices. It just removes the repetitive admin burden that slows recruitment and increases protocol deviations. Integrations export to REDCap/Qualtrics and common lab drives so teams don’t have to change everything at once.
