HR teams get a structured accommodation request workflow with templates, approvals, documentation, and renewal reminders—without forcing employees to repeatedly explain needs. Managers receive short, role-specific micro-modules that teach practical adjustments (meeting agendas, sensory-friendly spaces, feedback cadence) and track completion for compliance reporting. The platform includes anonymized, aggregated insights (e.g., most requested adjustments by department) to guide workplace improvements while protecting identity. NeuroNudge integrates with common HRIS/SSO to reduce friction and supports audit-ready records for internal policy and legal defensibility.
