NeuroTriage

NeuroTriage is a mobile + web app for emergency and inpatient teams to standardize initial neurology evaluations and speed up consults. It guides clinicians through symptom-specific pathways (acute weakness, seizure, headache, altered mental status), captures a structured neuro exam, key timelines, meds, and contraindications, then generates a concise consult note and a “what to do now” checklist (imaging/labs, safety, monitoring). It can optionally use AI to summarize the chart and convert dictated findings into structured fields, but it does not diagnose; it flags guideline-based red flags and missing data. The app integrates with hospital systems via FHIR where possible, and otherwise works as a standalone tool with exportable PDFs. Realistically, adoption depends on proving it saves time and reduces paging back-and-forth without increasing medico-legal risk.
