Next3Now

Next3Now is a minimalist task app that forces ruthless prioritization by limiting you to exactly three active tasks per day (and one “Now” task at a time). You can still capture unlimited ideas in an Inbox, but they can’t become “active” until you explicitly swap them in—creating friction that prevents endless lists and fake productivity. The app includes a lightweight timebox mode (25/50 minutes) and a hard stop review that asks what you actually finished and why you didn’t. It’s a combination mobile + web app, with optional AI that rewrites vague tasks into clear next actions and flags tasks that are too big (“This is a project, not a task”). It’s not trying to replace full-featured systems; it’s a behavioral constraint tool for people drowning in to-dos.
