NexusPillar

NexusPillar is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams alerts) that monitors corporate tax law changes and enforcement signals across jurisdictions and maps them to your company’s footprint. You enter entities, countries/states, revenue ranges, intercompany flows, and activity indicators (employees, servers, inventory, contractors). The app flags where you’re drifting into permanent establishment/nexus risk, where withholding rules changed, and where new reporting obligations (e-invoicing, CbC-like add-ons, local file thresholds) are triggered. It produces a simple “what changed, why it matters, what to do next” brief for tax and finance teams, plus an audit-ready change log. This is not a filing tool; it’s an early-warning and prioritization system that reduces nasty surprises, missed registrations, and last-minute fire drills. It’s an AI-assisted app: AI summarizes legal updates and drafts internal action memos, but rules are anchored to a curated, human-verified knowledge base.
