NILLedger

NILLedger is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) for college athletic departments and collectives to manage NIL activity without drowning in spreadsheets, emails, and vague “verbal” agreements. It centralizes athlete deal intake, contract storage, deliverable tracking (posts, appearances, merch), payment scheduling, and audit-ready reporting. The app flags missing documents, late deliverables, and potential policy conflicts based on school-specific rules and state guidelines you configure. It also provides a simple athlete portal to submit deliverables, upload proof, and see payment status—reducing constant back-and-forth with compliance staff. This is not a magic “solve NIL” product; it’s operational plumbing that departments actually need. The goal is fewer compliance fires, faster payouts, and cleaner records when leadership, auditors, or media ask questions.
