The app includes lightweight contract intake (upload + key term extraction), deliverable calendars, and a payout tracker that flags late payments and missing tax forms. It also provides a “rate sanity check” dashboard using anonymized historical ranges (not magical predictions) so reps can quickly spot lowball offers. This is not a full legal platform; it’s a practical operations hub built for the messy reality of NIL volume and short timelines.
