NoBound

NoBound is a mobile + web AI assistant that helps you decline requests quickly and consistently, while protecting relationships. It plugs into Gmail/Google Calendar and reads the context of an incoming ask (meeting invite, email request, Slack message via copy/paste) and generates 2–3 short decline options: firm, friendly, or defer-with-conditions. You set your “availability rules” (e.g., no meetings before 11, max 2 favors/week, deep-work blocks) and NoBound enforces them by suggesting replies that match your tone and boundaries. It also tracks your “yes/no ledger” so you can see who consumes your time, what types of asks you over-accept, and where you leak energy. This isn’t therapy; it’s a practical tool to reduce decision fatigue and stop default-yes behavior in real life.
