NoContact

NoContact is a mobile AI + traditional app that helps people stick to a breakup recovery plan by reducing the biggest real-world failure point: impulsive contact and constant digital reminders. It guides users through a 30-day “no contact” protocol with daily check-ins, mood tracking, and a personalized trigger map (times, places, apps, people). The app can optionally integrate with iOS/Android Screen Time/Digital Wellbeing to enforce friction: app limits, notification muting, and “cooldown” delays before messaging or social stalking. An AI coach provides short, structured prompts (CBT-style reframes, urge-surfing scripts, and breakup-specific journaling) without pretending to be therapy. Progress is measured with streaks, relapse logs, and a weekly “closure report” that highlights patterns and suggests adjustments. It’s private by default, with local-first storage and encrypted sync.
