NoContactKit
NoContactKit is a mobile app (with optional web companion) that helps people heal from past love by preventing the two biggest setbacks: impulsive outreach and obsessive rumination. It combines a traditional habit system with lightweight AI coaching. Users set a “No-Contact Contract,” define triggers (late nights, weekends, alcohol, mutual friends), and get friction-based safeguards: delay timers, accountability check-ins, and a one-tap “urge dump” that converts the impulse into a structured journal entry. The app tracks streaks, mood, sleep, and trigger patterns, then suggests small, realistic actions (walk, call a friend, delete photos, block/unfollow plan) rather than vague affirmations. It also includes a “Reality File” (screenshots/notes of why it ended) to counter rose-tinted memories. This is not therapy; it’s a practical relapse-prevention tool for breakup recovery.
