NoFlake

NoFlake is a mobile + web app for organizing small meetups where attendance actually matters. Hosts create an event, set a refundable RSVP deposit (or a “commitment stake”), and define simple rules: show up on time and you get it back; cancel before the cutoff and you get it back; no-show and the stake is redistributed to attendees or donated. The app handles payments, reminders, waitlists, and check-in via QR or geofence. It also builds lightweight reliability scores so hosts can filter chronic no-shows without public shaming. This is not trying to replace big community platforms; it’s a focused layer for commitment and attendance integrity that can be shared via a link in any group chat, Discord, Slack, or email. Monetization: take a small fee per paid RSVP or offer host subscriptions for advanced controls and analytics.
