NoGoNudge

NoGoNudge is a mobile + web app for couples and close relationships to agree on boundaries and consent in everyday situations (sex, touch, social media, money, privacy, conflict rules). Users create a shared “Boundary Playbook” with simple prompts, sliders, and yes/no lists, then schedule lightweight check-ins that expire and must be re-affirmed (because consent changes). The app includes a private “pause phrase” feature: either person can tap a button during a tense moment to trigger a pre-agreed cooldown plan and a short script. It also offers optional AI-assisted wording suggestions to turn vague feelings into clear, non-accusatory statements, but it never claims to verify consent or act as legal proof. The goal is fewer misunderstandings, faster repair, and clearer expectations without turning the relationship into a contract.
