NoiseNudge is a web + mobile app (traditional + AI) that helps short-term rental hosts prevent noise and party incidents without installing invasive cameras. It connects to popular noise sensors (or lets you log decibel events manually) and turns spikes into automated, polite guest messages, escalation steps, and documented incident timelines. The AI drafts context-aware messages based on house rules, local quiet hours, and prior guest responses, and it recommends when to involve security or platform support. It also generates a “compliance packet” (timestamps, sensor snapshots, message history) to reduce he-said/she-said disputes. Realistically, this won’t eliminate bad guests, but it can reduce the frequency and cost of incidents by making enforcement consistent and fast—especially for remote hosts and co-host teams managing multiple properties.
