NoiseNudge is a mobile + web app for multi-family buildings that turns noise complaints into structured, time-stamped cases with clear next steps. Residents log an issue in under 30 seconds (type, time window, severity, optional audio snippet), and the system automatically routes it to the right party (neighbor, concierge, property manager) based on building policy. It provides guided, policy-based templates for first contact, warnings, and escalation, plus a shared timeline that reduces “he said/she said.” An AI layer summarizes repeated incidents, flags patterns (e.g., same unit, same hours), and recommends actions aligned to house rules and local quiet hours. The goal isn’t to “catch” tenants; it’s to reduce churn and staff time by making resolution consistent, documented, and fast. This is a traditional app with an AI assist for summarization and triage.
