NoiseNudge

NoiseNudge helps people with sound sensitivity (autism, ADHD, PTSD, migraines, hyperacusis) plan and survive noisy environments with fewer surprises. It combines a lightweight sound-level logger with crowd-sourced “noise profiles” for common places (cafes, gyms, transit lines, cinemas) and time-of-day patterns. Users can set personal thresholds and get practical, non-preachy recommendations: best hours to visit, quieter entrances/sections, what ear protection level to bring, and a quick exit plan. The app also supports “sensory scripts” you can share with friends or staff (e.g., seating requests) without oversharing medical details. It’s not a medical device and won’t magically fix sensory issues; it’s a planning and decision tool that reduces uncertainty. Monetization is realistic via subscription plus optional employer/school plans.
