NoiseNudge

NoiseNudge is a mobile + web app for condo/townhome residents and property managers to document and resolve noise complaints with credible evidence. Residents log incidents in seconds, capturing timestamped audio snippets, decibel estimates, and location notes, then automatically generate a clean “incident packet” that’s easy for management to review. The app guides users through building-specific quiet hours and local ordinance thresholds, reducing vague accusations and endless email threads. Managers get a dashboard to spot repeat patterns (unit-to-unit, time-of-day), request follow-up details, and issue standardized warnings or mediation steps. This is not magic: it won’t perfectly identify the source in all buildings, and it won’t replace legal processes. But it can drastically reduce he-said/she-said by standardizing evidence, timelines, and communication, which is where most disputes stall and escalate.
