NormNudge
NormNudge helps people clarify what they actually value, then checks whether daily choices match those values over time. Users set 5–8 core values (e.g., autonomy, family, status, fairness) and define concrete “signals” for each (hours spent, money allocation, commitments kept, boundaries respected). The app pulls lightweight data from calendars and optional bank-category summaries, then prompts quick weekly reflections to confirm context. It produces a simple “drift report” showing where behavior is trending away from stated values, plus a small set of realistic micro-actions (e.g., block 90 minutes for friends, decline one low-value meeting). This is not therapy and won’t fix deep issues; it’s a structured mirror. The goal is fewer vague guilt spirals and more deliberate tradeoffs, especially during life changes like new jobs, parenting, or burnout.
