NormNudge

NormNudge is a web + mobile app (traditional + light AI) that helps teachers explicitly teach behavior expectations and keep them consistent all year. Teachers pick a routine (entering class, group work, phones, transitions), then the app generates a simple expectation matrix, student-friendly posters, and 60-second “practice scripts.” During class, teachers can run quick reteach prompts and log expectation reminders vs. referrals in two taps. The AI component summarizes patterns (e.g., “most issues happen during transitions after lunch”) and suggests one small adjustment, not a full behavior plan. Admins can view aggregated, anonymized trends by grade/team without turning it into surveillance. This is not a magic behavior fixer; it’s a consistency tool that reduces decision fatigue, documentation time, and the “we never taught that” problem. It integrates with Google Classroom for roster import and optional student-facing reflection check-ins.
